For today’s workout, we will start with a wam-up, then set a watch to time yourself while doing the session and try to beat the challenge. This training works every major muscular group, it combines aerobic and unaerobic training, this excercise will raise your maximum VO2, one of the top health markers, also trains balance, and your brain.

Warm-up
20 jumping jacks
10 lunger with torso twist
10 arm circles (10 forwards, 10 backwards.)
10 hip rotation each way.
Session:
10 dip squats
Reverse lunge with a football
15 push-ups
10 jumps (highest possible)
20 football mountain climbers
20 planks with shoulder taps
15 resistant rows (rubber band attached to a tree or anything similar.)
30 rope skipping jumps
20 crunches
20 burpees.
