Welcome to Twentysomething! This page was developed by Pablo, an MYP student that is interested on wellbeing through personal training, and uses his Personal Project as a space where he researches about how to improve young people’s physical wellbeing through fun exercises that changes people’s perspective of it. Overall, Twentysomething is a community, lets make excercise fun!

How does Twentysomething work?

Each day, 1 workout will be uploaded, where I will explain how they benefit you, I will give a quick description of the activity, the written workout, and a demonstration video. After completing the session, the users would have to upload their video to a section where I will watch the videos, and select the top 3, and those people that complete the challenge faster, will appear in a daily ranking, that will also change everyday. Each workout must be completed in around twenty minutes, this is why the page is called Twentysomething, also because the audience for this website is from 14 years old to around 20 years old.
